Urban Planner

• Leading a multi-disciplinary, multi-national team consisting of senior level strategic and urban planners, environment, infrastructure, socioeconomic, legal, transportation, heritage experts.
• Develop Strategies for urban growth: through forming alliances with community leader and joint venture opportunities.
• Provides leadership and direction in the development of short and long range plans; gathers, interprets, and prepares data for studies, reports and recommendations; coordinates department activities with other departments and agencies as needed.
• Prepare feasibility reports, planning reports and planning briefs.
• Prepare Master plans, Regional plans, Sector plans, District and Neighborhood plans.
• Prepare Physical layout plans for residential, Commercial, Institutional, Recreational, Industrial areas and Tourism Development plans.
• Provide Professional advice for real estate/Property developers.
• Disaster Risk Assessment and Emergency Management.
• Assures that assigned areas of responsibility are performed within budget; performs cost control activities; monitors revenues and expenditures in assigned area to assure sound fiscal control;
• Develop, maintain and apply Land Development Economics Analysis tools to serve infrastructure, resource use, and project economic viability.

• Microsoft proficiency
• Experienced user of: GIS Systems, Revit 2015, Estate Master 3.12, MS Project, and Primavera.
• Good communication,interpersonal relationships and strong negotiation skills
