RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Attending prebid meetings and creating technical prebid queries.
- Preparation of Detailed Estimates, Schedule of Quantities, Tender Documents, Rate Analysis & Measurement sheets.
- Estimation work including tender pricing, bidding,preliminary budgeting.
- Capable of reading and correlating drawings & specifications , identifying the item of works and preparing bill of items.
- Capable of compiling a complete tender/estimation package and getting it approved from client/authority.
- Value Engineering & Cost Optimization in Estimation.
Job Roles :
To successfully carry out your role, you'll be expected to :
1- prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client;
2- undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work;
3- assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies;
4- perform risk, value management and cost control;
5- identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks;
6- prepare and analyze costing for tenders;
7- allocate work to subcontractors;
8- provide advice on contractual claims;
9- analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports;
10- Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.

1- Enough knowledge and minimum of 8 years GCC experience in Civil Contracting.
2- AutoCAD experience in all version
3- Experience in reading detailed drawings
4- MS Project and Primavera knowledge a must
5- Enough GCC market resources and connections (Suppliers and Sub- Contractors)
6- Confident with strong personality
