The produced designs under supervision are usually for a particular project segment where compliance with standards and codes should be ensured but duties can include working in parallel for more than one project. Developing working drawings, writing specifications as well as coordination and delivery of architectural presentations or structural statements are considered part of the principal duties. BSc in Architecture, a minimum of 4 years diversified experience in the architectural field. Sound knowledge of AutoCad and Microstation software applications, coordination capabilities, advanced technical knowledge and presentation skills are required.
Automation EngineerAutomation engineers are highly skilled IT professionals. They are expected to have a good grasp of the business rationale behind in-house applications used in CCC projects. They provide first line support to project staff for using these applications. They would provide assistance to projects remotely, are relocated to projects on a permanent basis or seconded to projects on an ad-hoc basis. Their main role is to deploy/implement/train/supervise CCC in-house applications or other IT solutions acquired by the project. Often, they provide tailored solutions to special IT requests issued by projects staff by writing queries, developing small utilities or reports..
ChargehandA field supervisory job, reporting to the Foreman. Chargehands are responsible for the supervision of a team of tradesmen involved in discharging trade specific construction activities within a project area.Vocational training or minimum 2 years secondary schooling education as well as 2 years trade specific experience in the construction sector are required. Leadership and the ability to read and understand basic workshop sketches are required.
Commissioning EngineerA site based post responsible for the planning and execution of the project commissioning and handover to operations. Reporting to the Commissioning Manager, the Commissioning Engineer plays a key role in implementing the Companys Certification System. Establishes and supervises the development of commissioning functions applicable to all projects phases, including bid/estimation, mobilization and hand-over. The Commissioning Engineer works with the Client (or Main Contractor) for procedures/plans/method statements and other documents required for execution of commissioning phase to project completion.BSc in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Process. A minimum of 8 years varied work experience in hydro-carbon process plant construction, site and office, including commissioning and start-up activities. Construction ManagerUltimately responsible for the direction and coordination of site resources, in order to ensure that construction meets all contractual requirements and profitability projections in the most cost effective and efficient manner. Contract AdministratorOne of the titles with direct reference to the contractual/legal aspect of construction, usually reporting to the Contract or Commercial Manager. The principal duty of a Contract Administrator is to assess the Companys contractual position relating to all operational activities and accordingly provide adequate commercial advice to ensure that interests are best protected on several levels for various issues involving contractual undertakings/commitments. This includes support in all project phases, from tender to post hand-over claims/arbitrations in coordination with the legal department whenever needed. Preparation & review of clauses, terms and conditions related either to clients or sub-contractors are part of the daily activity. Qualified lawyers with engineering/construction background and/or engineers and quantity surveyors with experience in legal issues make good candidates. At least 10 years of experience ideally within the construction industry (EPC contracts), international exposure and excellent command of English is required.
Contracts ManagerJobs at this level are to lead, direct, guide and co-ordinate CCC's QS and Contract Administration staff in a particular geographical area or zone, where such a position exists. The Contracts Manager supervises the staff in that area and provides expert advice to the area general manager and the project managers on all contractual matters. Will be involved in the for development and administration of contract documents for upcoming and current projects evaluating potential risks to the contractor and suggesting measures to reduce these risks

Design EngineerWill be responsible for leading teams involved in the preparation and co-ordination of design and/or detail drawings. The design engineer may work with more than one project team simultaneously. As a discipline leader, an architect or engineer will also be responsible for the management of an individual discipline

ForemanProject based position reporting to the Site Supervisor or Engineer. The Foreman is responsible for supervising, guiding and monitoring team leaders with executing trade specific construction activities within a project area. Vocational training and a minimum of 4 years of experience as Charge hand are required. In case of no certification the minimum experience years required are 8. Leadership, good communication skills and the ability to read shop drawings are also required for this position.
Geomatics EngineerThe Geomatics/Surveying Engineer shoud have a bachelor in Engineering or Dipl.-Ing. (5 years engineering degree) in geomatics or Surveying engineering, MSc/MEng is a plus with 5 to 12 years experience. HSE InstructorThe Health and Safety Instructor’s primary responsibility is to deliver specialized courses in Health and Safety to professionals. The instructor needs to contribute or lead in the development of training materials, study guides to students and teachers ensuring new trends, and specifications are included in the curricula, oversee the process of distributing/assigning academic resources as requested and provide required reports to management.

Insurance OfficerThe candidate must have experience in the various lines of insurance, from construction related (Construction All Risk insurance, Liability insurance, Professional Indemnity insurance etc) to property related (equipment insurance, property insurance, marine hull, marine cargo etc) to personnel related (medical, personal accident, workmen’s compensation & employer’s liability etc).. The nature of the job entails negotiations with local insurers, international reinsurers on terms, conditions and rates of the policies being procured and therefore the understanding of the various insurances, wordings is a must. Planning ManagerManagement of the planning of projects, ensuring that the project reporting is carried out in such a manner as to accurately reflect the current status of projects, and those necessary plans and reports are prepared for submission to CCC’s management
Plant AdministratorLocated in project or in a central area Plant, Machinery & Vehicles department the post is responsible for the PMV administration and cost control functions. This includes establishment and maintenance of a register with diversified and commercial information of the projects/areas Plant, Machinery & Vehicles, control and preparation of billing and on-site-utilization reports, as well as monitoring the PMV operating cost by establishing actual vs budget reports. Part of the jobs duties are also supervising the PMV stores activities, registration of PMV with traffic department and maintenance & updating of M.S.E. register.Business related degree and a minimum of 3 years based on site experience in Plant, Machinery & Vehicles administration. Knowledge of Plant, Machinery & Vehicles administration and cost control policies and procedures as well as planning, coordination and supervisory skills are required.
Plant CoordinatorA Plant Coordinator is responsible for reviewing the Project contract and PMV Plant list and coordinate project mobilization with the Area PMV Plant and the Managing Offices to arrange logistics for transferring plant to specific project site. Monitoring the implementation of plant procedures and systems as the Projects and assisting the Project management in development of specific procedures to augment contract requirements is also part of a Coordinators duties. The position is also responsible for monitoring the PMV operating costs and productivity and carrying out analyses to identify trends and make recommendations for rectification of variances or irregularities. A BSc in Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the PMV function (with at least 1 year on site) is required. Managerial skills, commercial and contractual experience and technical expertise are qualities of a good Plant Coordinator.
Plant EngineerBased in a Project or Area PMV Plant, the Plant Engineer is responsible for coordinating the execution of Plant maintenance procedures and field repairs as well as monitoring the Plant operations and performance. The Plant Engineer is reporting to the Plant Manager and assists in Project Plant mobilization & demobilization and including the infrastructure set-up. Duties include also maintaining the links the Plant and Project management, troubleshooting and diagnosing Plant failures and preparing/supervising the implementation of the maintenance schedules. BSc in Mechanical, Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering is required for this post. Experience and ability for design and engineering as well as planning and organizing skills are also essential.
Plant ManagerIs responsible for the Coordination of the mobilization of Plant, Machinery & Vehicles resources for projects within a designated area, managing all plant operations, setting up the Plant, Machinery & Vehicles infrastructure on sites and monitoring plant performance.
Plant SuperintendentBased in a Project or Area PMV Plant, the Plant Superintendent is responsible for developing preventive maintenance programs ensuring that necessary resources are available and that programs are completed on schedule and to required quality standards. Main duties include developing and seeking approval for medium to long term maintenance programs across all disciplines, enabling effective planning and allocation of resources. The position is also responsible for setting and supervising such work programs for task-specific areas of preventive maintenance and repair works executed by subordinates, ensuring timely completion of assignments. The Plant Superintendent is expected to provide high-level technical advice, troubleshoot more complex problems, complete checklists of undertaken work and produce forward reports for analysis and inclusion in maintenance records system. Vocational training/apprenticeship is required, preferably a diploma in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years supervisory experience, half of them should be in a senior level. High level of technical knowledge, cost awareness, strong leadership and supervisory skills are required.
Plant SupervisorBased in a Project or Area PMV Plant, the Plant Supervisor is setting, supervising and carrying out multi-discipline installation repairs and implements maintenance programs and day to day repairs on equipment and systems. This includes coordinating the activities of various disciplines and those of other departments to ensure continuity of work and supervising the implementation of daily, weekly and monthly work plans. Allocation of duties, performance monitoring to ensure deadlines are met and preparing reports on undertaken work are also part of the titles responsibilities. The Plant Supervisor ensures also that all consumables, spare parts and documentation for project equipment are available and that adequate replenishment levels are maintained.Vocational training/apprenticeship plus a minimum of 8 years of supervisory experience. Strong leadership and supervisory skills with well-developed planning and organizing capabilities as well as cost awareness are required.
Pre-Commissioning EngineerThe Pre-Commissioning Engineer shall lead a multidiscipline pre-commissioning team for the pre-commissioning phases until the Plant is on operation and ready for delivery to the Owner / Client.
Procurement EngineerReview and negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve appropriate savings and service levels. Review project procurement contracts; coordinate contract compliance, change orders, and problem resolution in conformance with contract law. Manage relationships with external contacts, including removing obstacles to ensure optimal team performance
Procurement ManagerEngaged in the management & co-ordination of materials procurement & control for major turnkey & EPC projects and will usually supervise subordinate senior & more junior materials engineers, or procurement engineers at CCC’s main office, engaged in specific aspects of the procurement process
Project AccountantProject, area or managing office based job reporting to the Senior Accountant or the Head of Accounts, responsible for controlling and coordinating the accounting activities carried out by subordinates to ensure compliance with standard accounting practices and with the Companys accounting manual, procedures and instructions. The principal duties include evaluating the adequacy of systems and working practices to ensure compliance with agreed standards, making recommendations for corrective action or improvement, directing the activities and supervising the performance of personnel assigned to own section and ensuring that the requirement of sound accounting principles and Company manuals, procedures and instructions, together with statutory requirements by the local government are met.Applicants for this position should be BA or BSc graduates and have 5 years of relevant experience including supervising accounts juniors. IT skills as well as familiarity with the current financial software packages are important.
Project CoordinatorMonitors, provides assistance, supports and act as a link between the various departments at CCC Managing Office in Athens (MOA) from mobilization stage till the completion of the project. Shall provide technical support for estimates during tender periods. Keeps the construction support manager fully aware of the progress and any development during the dibbing phase and/or construction phase of the project.
Project DirectorUnder very limited administrative direction performs overall project management responsibilities on large sized or a substantial area of very large / mega (moderate to high risk) EPC projects, while coordinates all engineering activities directed towards the development of conceptual and detailed project design, issue of drawings and documents for construction purposes and technical support to site construction.

QA / QC EngineerLead the Quality Team on the implementation, control and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System. Control of the project audit programme and provision of advice to the Project on Quality Management issues
QA / QC ManagerThe QA / QC manager will be site based with main objective to ensure that the quality of site installations is consistent with the clients requirements and to national and international standards
QC InspectorSite based job reporting to the Senior QC Inspector or the QC Engineer. The QC Inspector is part of a multi-disciplinary team engaged in the conduction of quality control inspections and tests within discipline specific areas of projects. Main duty is to carry out inspections in a designated area or discipline within project timeframes ensuring work conforms to standards and taking action consistent with non-conformance system when abnormalities are detected. Important part of the job is the completing and preparing various forms and reports on performed inspections for inclusion in and maintenance of inspection records.Technical Engineering Diploma and 2 years of inspection experience or successful completion of specialized courses as per discipline (CSWIP 3.1, ERS, AWS, BGAS, NACE, etc.). The position requires an adequate level of technical knowledge of execution methodology, codes and standards.
Quantity SurveyorWill be responsible to coordinate the activities of quantity surveyors and the administration of the prime contract and subcontracts on a company project
Senior AccountantProject, area or managing office based job reporting to the Head of Accounts, responsible for controlling and coordinating the accounting activities carried out by subordinates and evaluating the adequacy of systems and working practices. The Senior Accountant controls and monitors all bank transactions ensuring proper entries and records are maintained and supervises the preparation of daily, bi-monthly and monthly bank position statements as defined in the accounting procedures manual. The principal duties include checking and controlling of purchases done, coordinating between planning cost and control engineers on high variance in budget vs. cost ratio and coordinating with personnel on employees benefits and emoluments.Applicants for this position should be BA or BSc graduates and certified accountants. Ideally have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience along with teamwork and leadership skills.

Senior Planning EngineerUsually based in large and complex projects, leading team of engineers providing planning, progress and cost control services, reporting to the Planning Manager. A Senior Planning Engineer represents the Companys interests, negotiating whenever necessary with external parties and has significant impact and input on the planning and organizational issues as well as the relevant decision making of a projects senior management team. Technical input and assistance is expected from the tendering stage, throughout the whole duration of a project by reviewing and assessing existing relevant documentation as well as coordinating the creation and development of detailed plans and schedules.BSc. in Engineering plus a minimum of 12 years of experience working on a breadth of major projects involving in depth knowledge of several engineering disciplines. Such experience should cover both site and office. Knowledge of accounting systems and terminology is also required.
Senior QC InspectorSite based job reporting to the QC Engineer. The Senior QC Inspector is part of a multi-disciplinary team engaged in the conduction of quality control inspections and tests within discipline specific areas of projects and/or monitoring inspections and tests performed by his discipline team. As such the work requires a high level of familiarization with project inspection documentation to ensure understanding of contract requirements. In addition to the QC Inspectors duties the Senior Inspector liaises with internal and external concerned parties to coordinate presence at inspections and tests to be conducted.Technical Engineering Diploma and a minimum of 5 years of inspection experience and successful completion of specialized courses as per discipline (CSWIP 3.1, ERS, AWS, BGAS, NACE, etc.). The position requires an adequate level of technical knowledge of execution methodology, codes and standards.
Senior Quantity SurveyorSite based position responsible for carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the quantity surveying activities on medium sized projects or as deputy on major ones, reporting to the Contract or Project Manager. The duties include obtaining quotations for subcontracts and materials, preparing bid packages, establishing procedures for implementation, control, monitoring and payment of subcontractors, as well as measuring all work carried out under a contract. The Sr. Quantity Surveyor establishes also the implementation of variation procedures in line with the contract requirements ensuring that all is accurately estimated authorized and processed with relevant supporting documentation.Applicants for this job should be chartered Quantity Surveyors with at least 15 years of experience, substantial part of it must be on-site. Sound knowledge of contractual issues and project administration procedures is required.

Site SuperintendentThe Site Superintendent provides the knowledge, skills and experience required to manage the day-to-day field operations of task order and/or larger lump institutional and/or commercial construction projects that CCC undertakes. The Superintendent will be responsible for the production aspects of the work and are accountable for: producing quality work that is constructed consistent with the standard’s set forth in the project’s contract documents; for performing the work in a timely and cost effective manner and for maintaining a work environment that is safe and continuously kept clean and orderly. Moreover, will be acting as the forward face of CCC and be responsible for establishing a professional work environment that includes: fostering a positive atmosphere, promoting proactive and effective communication, facilitating problem solving and for minimizing and resolving conflict in a constructive manner. The primary focus of the Superintendent is to provide the managerial and leadership skills necessary to accomplish the work by means of subcontractors and to manage the day-today issues of a small self-performed workforce
Site SupervisorThe Site Supervisor shall be in oversee all site operations and work with consultants, contractors and subcontractors to ensure the construction contract runs to schedule and on budget
Software DeveloperThe Software Developer is responsible for the analysis of business, engineering and scientific problems and is charged with the documentation and development of well-defined methods, procedures and programs in the delivery of practical systems solutions. The Software Developer is challenged with assisting in programming, troubleshooting and management of problems affecting IT software, as well as developing these areas for future expansion and sustaining the highest system reliability and performance possible.
SQL Database AdministratorThe SQL Administrator should have a Bachelor in Computer Science, MIS or related discipline with at least 7 years database administration/management experience; strong design/architecture, data migration, database performance & tuning, backup & recovery experience with multiple databases in large scale corporate environments. She/He should have advanced knowledge and understanding of database administration with applicable Server Integration Services along with advanced knowledge of database analysis, manipulation, mapping; data structures; exporting data; data processes/flow; database performance tuning/optimizing; scripting: creating databases and using data analysis tools. She/He should also be knowledgeable with network platforms and related network technologies and possess strong interpersonal, communication/presentation skills verbal and written. Industry experience that includes serving as a DBA in all facets of MS SQL Server DBMS design, implementation, deployment, administration and maintenance, and project coordination is a requirement with involvement in database environments life cycle management and support of production and development environments. Extensive experience and knowledge of working in Windows environments is essential.
SurveyorField position, responsible of performing surveying activities in an accurate manner and reporting to the Senior Surveyor. Measuring and calculating distances, angles and slopes as well as checking levels are part of everyday routine. Main duties include also checking that construction work conforms with survey lines and drawings, drawing construction supervisors attention to any unauthorized deviations related to contract drawing and specifications and preparing and recording of survey as built reports.Surveyors should at least have vocational training in surveying and a minimum of 5 years work experience in performing surveys on large scale projects. Good knowledge of the latest surveying equipment models and software and the ability to read drawings is required.
Welding EngineerProject based title reporting to the QC Manager. Main duty is to ensure that welding work is carried out fully in accordance with the project quality standards specified in the Contract. The Welding Engineer carries out surveillance of project welding activities, makes reports to the Project QC Manager and recommends corrective actions ensuring these are applied. Originates the project WPS and ensures WPSs are approved and qualified as per specifications. In addition to that the Welding Engineer maintains all required documentation pertaining to the welders qualifications (list of qualified welders, scope of qualification etc.) and supervises training of welders prior to their qualification.Engineering Degree, preferably in Metallurgy or Welding and 10 years of relevant working experience with international welding codes such as ASME, AWS and GOSP.
