Automation Engineer | Automation engineers are highly skilled IT professionals. They are expected to have a good grasp of the business rationale behind in-house applications used in CCC projects. They provide first line support to project staff for using these applications. They would provide assistance to projects remotely, are relocated to projects on a permanent basis or seconded to projects on an ad-hoc basis. Their main role is to deploy/implement/train/supervise CCC in-house applications or other IT solutions acquired by the project. Plant Coordinator | A Plant Coordinator is responsible for reviewing the Project contract and PMV Plant list and coordinate project mobilization with the Area PMV Plant and the Managing Offices to arrange logistics for transferring plant to specific project site. Monitoring the implementation of plant procedures and systems as the Projects and assisting the Project management in development of specific procedures to augment contract requirements is also part of a Coordinators duties. Plant Supervisor | Based in a Project or Area PMV Plant, the Plant Supervisor is setting, supervising and carrying out multi-discipline installation repairs and implements maintenance programs and day to day repairs on equipment and systems. This includes coordinating the activities of various disciplines and those of other departments to ensure continuity of work and supervising the implementation of daily, weekly and monthly work plans. Allocation of duties, performance monitoring to ensure deadlines are met and preparing reports on undertaken work are also part of the titles responsibilities. Main duty is to ensure that welding work is carried out fully in accordance with the project quality standards specified in the Contract. The Welding Engineer carries out surveillance of project welding activities, makes reports to the Project QC Manager and recommends corrective actions ensuring these are applied. Originates the project WPS and ensures WPSs are approved and qualified as per specifications. In addition to that the Welding Engineer maintains all required documentation pertaining to the welders qualifications (list of qualified welders, scope of qualification etc.) and supervises training of welders prior to their qualification.Engineering Degree, preferably in Metallurgy or Welding and 10 years of relevant working experience with international welding codes such as ASME, AWS and GOSP. |
