Contract Analysis, Monitoring of content of the project contract and specifications.
Monitoring and control of the bill of quantities of the project
• Responsible for planning the site / mobilization
• Organizing the quantity surveying and material requirements of the project
• Construction and project control
• Preparation and supervision of all reinforced concrete work, concrete quality as per specifications, finishes as per specifications
• Coordinate with contractor for inspection approval for acceptance and billing purpose (QA/QC)
• Weekly and monthly report about the quantity of work accomplished and monthly break down
• Anticipating and minimizing potential problems that may arise

• BS in Civil Engineer
• AutoCAD
• Microsoft proficiency
• Fluent in English
