Construction Manager’s needed in Riyadh, KSA to join a Main Contractor on multiple high-rise building projects. High-rise & finishing experience is a must!
Client: Multinational Building Contractor
Project: 11 High-rise towers in Riyadh Saudi Arabia that are on the final 1.5 years until planned handover. Looking for Civil professionals who have finishing experience on high rise towers working for a Main Contractor.

Job Description
Qualification: Degree / Diploma - Branch: Civil / Structural / ArchitecturalExperience required : minimum 15 - 20 years.Work experience in GCC (minimum 5 years) and high-rise buildings with experience of finishing and interior design works is a must for all positions. Prior work experience in Saudi Arabia and professionals available within KSA with transferable lqama would be an added advantage.Should be Technically sound. Major experience should be from the contractor side and should have worked in major contracting companies in large scale projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity working for a Main Contractor in the GCC’s fastest growing region.
