Project Engineer
Job Location : Oman
Job Dscription :
To own the part of the Project fully in terms of the Program timelines.
Create recovery and accelerated plans to meet up with Work Progress while remaining within Cost.
To coordinate with Multiple Agencies including Sub-Contractors and MEP Coordinators to ensure the Work Progress is integrated with the Workflow and there are no delays and concerns.
To eliminate wastes in all forms including Labour, Materials, Plant and Equipment, especially targeting the prevention of Rework by getting it right the first time.
To ensure adherence to the Safety Rules of the Company with Zero Tolerance to Unsafe Work Practices and also conduct Training Sessions for the Supervisors and Workmen.
To meet all the Supervisory Team Members and Workmen (wherever necessary) every day morning to ensure that the Team knows what to complete for the day and they have a look ahead for the Week.
To give sufficient clarity to the Supervisors on the broad Project Program and provide
To optimise Productivity by proper allocation of Workforce linking it to the agreed Priorities in the Program/ Plan.
